Mr. Saurabh Jain is a passionate educator, theatre enthusiast, and seasoned behavioural trainer with over 15 years of experience in transforming individuals and organizations through the power of emotional intelligence, storytelling, and theatre-based learning.

Armed with a background in Engineering, an MBA, and a Diploma in Child Psychology and Counselling, Mr. Jain offers a rare blend of analytical thinking, emotional insight, and creative pedagogy. He has worked with leading organizations such as Maruti Suzuki, Tata Hitachi, Reliance Industries, and a range of startups across training, project management, sales, marketing, and operations.

As a co-founder of Meraki Consultancy, Mr. Jain is at the forefront of creating and conducting drama-based behavioural workshops, retreats, and individual counselling sessions. His areas of expertise include:
